YEAH BABY GOT THE THIRD!

The Darknut guys are cool but very hard to fight, imo. The boss was frustrating a little bit but I got there in the end. I'm really enjoying the game so far! I swear the dark souls games have a ton in common as far as game design goes with this game! It's a little surprising but I guess it shouldn't be. Might play some more tonight but maybe I'll save it for later.

Beat dungeon 1, which is the furthest i’ve ever gotten in this game I think. I’ve been playing it in the Switch via NSO and like, I am usually okay with the joy-con d-pad but OOF they’ve been a little bit of an issue with this.

Played some more today, found the ladder and the location of some of the other dungeons, also found a couple extra heart containers in the overworld. I'm having a lot of fun!

Got the fuckin 4th triforce piece baybe. The boss was scary but wasn't actually that bad. I'm most of the way through the 4th dungeon but having a lot of trouble with some of the rooms.

Also went and got the blue ring which has made the game MUCH easier. It's been really interesting just how much of this game gets carried forward into the later entries to the series, and video games broadly.
