I don't knwoww but I wish I did. One time I had a really good smoothie and had more energy but I don't have a blender right now so idk. Sleeping doesn't help that much tbh

i feel both totally out of energy(just got off work) and like all of my friends hate me(delusions) and thats just wonderful

didnt eat enough breakfast before going out to my first class. not feeling the hunger affects as much as i am feeling the "my brain needs water in it" effects. not bad enough to step outta class, but its still a very "ough" feeling
