Totally unedited! but for real i played the deltatrune demo of each chapter at least 6 times this year the game is fun!
Tunic was also amazing definitely my game of the year
after xboxs e3 presentation and seeing silksong for like 15 second I replayed all of hollow knight and finally got all the achievements!
worst part for me was definitely nightmare king grim. evil bat bug (steel soul is just mean)
AI Somnium files. 9/10 ( if I try to talk about detective eques game I will most likely spoil something I didn't mean to)
sonic frontiers. good! it was fun, I could not for the life of me tell you anything interesting that happened in the game.
sadly for me its another one of those "step in the right direction" kind of game and not a game that sticks the landing.

It's funny to me that beating and almost 100%ing the achievements on Hitman 3 still took less time than a single full game of Stellaris

Re: What in the world WERE you playin?? [2022]
not a steam review post (because my PC can barely play anything without threatening to melt itself) but I recently finished Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix on Playstation 3, I've essentially done everything except for Mushroom 13 because those fuckers are aids incarnate and I've had 0 luck in finding a save file that just has it ready to grab the Winner's Proof keyblade to get the trophy and subsequently the platinum trophy. (you'd do the same if you had to do so much arbitrary bullshit just to complete the missions without wanting to commit organ ejection)
I also recently restarted playing some old classics. Batman Arkham Asylum, Borderlands, Monster Hunter 3, 4, and Generations Ultimate, and Pokémon Ultra Sun just to name a few!

Bummed Multiversus wasted so much of my playtime. Grindy game that isn't fun to play.
Nick Brawl, on the other hand... *chef's kiss*

I am not a steam gamer, I also played a lot more HLD than this I was just offline.
I played a lot of games from itch.io this year. I prefer that site to steam tbh
