The Odyssey was the first commercial home gaming console ever, it had no contemporaries.

No other console like it would be released for years. Every other one released around this time could only play one game, often being a rip-off of the Odyssey's table tennis game.

The Atari 2600 wouldn't be released for another 5 years and the Colecovision, 10 years.
