Howdy all! I'm currently in the middle of preparing a game jam for one of the old community discords, and I think it would be cool to let y'all know about it on FreakBoards as well!

Union Game Jam

Welcome to the 1st Union Game Jam, made in ashes of a forgotten let's play channel!

Let's cobble up some video games in 72 hours. This is not a big time event or a big expo, just a get together to create games together! All skill levels are good; game jams are the perfect time to learn how to make games!

The theme will be announced at the start of the game jam, it being a word or phrase which you base your game around. Interpretation is up to the jammers discretion.

The game jam, whilst not being ranked, will still be judged by a special secret guest!

I played it! Fun little story, I like the direction you took with the prompt and your use of sound effects and the timing of those sound effects was really good!

I played it! I really love the mixture of 3D art for the environment and the hand drawn 2D paper-and-pencil drawings of the characters and objects, and the dialogue was fun.

Thank you so much! My friend cantread actually made all the art assets! I just did the easy part lol. We're planning on finishing it out with the originally intended stuff, no idea when it'll be done but I'll make a post about it when we do!
