I like a good pan sear myself, sometimes the reverse pan sear on a ribeye y'know, match it with a cool Blue Moon (can't beat a good belgian ale) with of course some steak frites.
Doc says can't I have too much red meat for a bit soooo i'm saving THAT for the ol' 3-0 birthday!

grandma made some schnitzel and potato salad yesterday and it was sososo good and today I ate some of the leftovers and put a schnitzel in a bread roll and it was also really good

im so easy i love chicken the end. just anything chicken i will at least like the chicken part. i am constantly eating chicken sandwiches. i get my meat through anonymous delivery also, it just shows up at my door in a box
