I don't knwoww but I wish I did. One time I had a really good smoothie and had more energy but I don't have a blender right now so idk. Sleeping doesn't help that much tbh

Slept so bad I puked yesterday and I have not slept better since

didnt eat enough breakfast before going out to my first class. not feeling the hunger affects as much as i am feeling the "my brain needs water in it" effects. not bad enough to step outta class, but its still a very "ough" feeling

what if I put crystals on me. will I heal
