Now you may think this theory is dead with the release of episode 3, but there's little indication as to how much time passes between different scenes,and the sky being out of sync with the time may only be something that happens around the school. There's also the fact that Mr. Ryu says it's Christmas Eve Eve but then says that tomorrow is Christmas, potentially implying that they are attending school within post-midnight hours, Mr. Ryu considering it as the night of Christmas Eve Eve while it is technically Christmas Eve.

I'm going to stick to this idea until it takes over 2 large paragraphs to explain.

Paul Phoenix actually wasnt a part of the world domination club's plans, he was at the school to recruit Mr. Ryu for the plot of tekken 8 after losing to him that one time and just happened to run into raven first

this school has exactly one class for one period taught by mr. ryu, everything else is clubs

Gibbons is actually Omen, he's a demon which can include fallen angels, they said he was here the whole time, and Omen, who has been in every episode prior to this one, is mysteriously absent.
