Jersey Mike's is the closest I've ever gotten to an authentic New Jersey style sandwich on the west coast. They also have gluten free bread options which is especially great for me who is allergic.

update: still have flatbread listed on doordash, unknown if this is an accident, will not purchase a sandwich to check
