I actually got the Street Fighter 5 collectors edition because it was only like 20 bucks for the whole thing; including the game, tiny art book, and big-ass Ryu statue. I tried my best to get into it as someone who loves the design, music, personality, and community of fighting games but has trouble with the gameplay (my fingers get tired very easily). It was honestly such a hard learning curve with a very bad entry point imo. The lack of other modes and the, again imo, mediocre story mode and very very bad character stories made me kinda uninterested even when they introduced characters that seemed interesting like Seth, Sagat, or G.

Street Fighter 6 looks A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!! The story mode, the EXPLORABLE WORLD story mode, the side games, the character designs, the cool-ass graffiti aesthetic!!! Even if I don't get it on release cuz of financials I'll still look forward to the other characters and maybe other modes they add!! Very good time to be a SF fan!

i'm having a lot of fun playing guile in this beta. the drive meter really really makes this more fun that i had in SFV, because now I feel like i can do what i want more often instead of just taking w/e my opponent is throwing at me if my meter isnt filled up enough
