god yeah thats happened too me way too much, i always end up staying up super late for some reason even when my sleep gets back on a normal schedule which starts the whole thing over whenever i decide to change it

I have once again entered the Zone of Despair (stayed awake too long and it is daytime but will not be able to stay up the entire day)
